‘Buckle Up’

Buckle up – The expression is short for “fasten or buckle your seat belts”. Freely translated to our group’s goals: Buckle up, this is going to be a fabulous show! and Buckle up, let’s find a way to keep us together.
The buckle refers to belts and pins, Roman fibulae, and other beautiful jewels we use to fasten our clothes. The jewellery and other art pieces on display have a wide range and vary from literal belts and clasps to pieces that are more conceptually connected to the theme.
