about the work
The patterns are made with punches and hammers, as reflections of a surrounding landscape, of a place one has seen once, or has seen many times; it might be the same place, that lies yonder. Out of reach, but within sight. It can be home, and afar. The work makes traces in the surface, and folds light into it. Light is present and reflects in silver-coloured surface on a lake.
